Cookies are small browser records. Similar technologies include local storage and security identifiers. This policy explains how Neluxsis LLC, doing business as Neluxsis, uses them on the Vacation Condo Intelligence platform.

Authentication and security cookies keep accounts signed in, protect sessions, prevent abuse, and support account and administrative features. Preference storage remembers choices such as cookie consent and interface settings. Blocking essential technology can prevent login, claims, owner tools, moderation, or other features from working.

When enabled and permitted, analytics identifiers help us understand aggregate page visits, searches, feature use, performance, and conversion. Analytics do not allow owners or paid businesses to identify individual travelers or change organic rankings and scores.

Infrastructure logs may also process IP address, browser, request time, and security information without placing a browser cookie.

Stripe and other providers can use their own cookies when their payment or hosted features are opened. Weather and tide information is requested by the Neluxsis server, but links to NOAA, the National Weather Service, municipalities, tourism sites, maps, businesses, and booking providers open external websites governed by their policies.

Where a consent control is available, declining nonessential analytics leaves essential authentication and security technology enabled. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in browser settings. Clearing storage can sign you out and reset preferences.

We may update this policy as deployed technologies change. The date above identifies the current version. The Privacy Policy contains additional information about processing and rights.
