Neluxsis is an independent Vacation Condo Intelligence platform built around the traveler’s real question: Is this the right condo for my trip?
Exact identity
Vacation-condo information belongs to a permanent Destination → Building → Unit identity. Similar names and neighboring towers should never be silently combined.
Traveler usefulness
We focus on questions that can change a trip: cleanliness, beds, kitchen, Wi-Fi, photo accuracy, view, parking, elevators, noise, and whether a guest would stay again.
Evidence and limits
Official records, owner contributions, guest experiences, and editorial research remain distinguishable. Missing or conflicting information is labeled rather than guessed.
Independent results
Owners can correct facts and contribute useful information, but cannot delete criticism or manipulate scores. Advertising never purchases organic rank.
