Intelligence and moderation standards
The rules separating traveler experiences, verified owner facts, editorial judgment, and paid placements.
Guest experiences
Guest submissions use structured stay categories and remain pending until moderation. We may request evidence that a stay occurred. Private risk notes, personal information, legal allegations, and dispute details are never automatically published.
Owner contributions
Verified owners and authorized managers may submit facts, amenities, renovations, booking links, photos, and responses. Every item is attributed and moderated. Ownership never permits editing, hiding, deleting, or reweighting guest experiences.
Corrections and disputes
Anyone may report a factual error with supporting evidence. Neluxsis may correct objective facts, preserve an audit record, request more evidence, or leave disputed subjective experience information unchanged. A dispute does not automatically remove content.
Experience moderation
We reject spam, impersonation, irrelevant material, threats, discriminatory content, unnecessary personal information, and unsupported accusations presented as fact. Critical but relevant first-hand experiences are not rejected merely because they are negative.
Scores and coverage
Category summaries use published structured experiences only. Scores may be withheld when coverage is too limited. Owner contributions, advertising payments, booking commissions, and business relationships never enter traveler scores.
Organic and editorial ordering
Organic results are based on relevance, coverage, data quality, and traveler usefulness. Editorial guidance is labeled. Paid businesses and sponsored placements are stored and displayed separately and cannot purchase organic rank.
Photos and booking links
Approved photos retain contributor attribution. Destination, editorial, representative, and source-provided imagery is labeled so it is not presented as a verified photo of an exact property or unit. Booking links are owner supplied, open externally, and may change. A link is not an endorsement, and its presence does not affect ranking or scores.
Privacy and evidence
Verification evidence is restricted to authorized reviewers and used to evaluate submissions. Contributors should never send Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, passwords, or unrelated personal information.
Weather, tides, and beach safety
Conditions come from identified official sources and include retrieval context. Forecasts, alerts, tide stations, surf reports, water temperatures, and flags can differ by location or change quickly. They are planning aids, never safety guarantees.
Destination and business guidance
Destination guides are unpaid editorial planning resources unless clearly labeled otherwise. Commercial business placement is stored and displayed separately and never changes condo facts, traveler scores, safety guidance, or organic ordering.
