Neluxsis is public vacation-rental profile software—not HOA administration. Marketplace booking is available only for individually eligible Gulf Shores units. Owners may keep a profile research-only, use an external booking link, or complete the additional booking setup. Orange Beach booking remains unavailable. Neluxsis keeps traveler reviews, moderation, scores, and organic placement independent.
0% owner platform fee
Neluxsis does not charge owners a platform commission on marketplace bookings. Payment-processing costs and other legally required charges remain separate. External booking links remain governed by the linked provider's pricing and terms.

Moderator approves before publishing
Owner names are private by default. Neluxsis displays a name only after the exact-property claim is verified and the claimant explicitly opts in; the claimant can hide it later without changing the property record or traveler experiences.
Want a property profile taken down?
An owner or authorized manager may request removal or restricted display of a building or unit profile. Neluxsis reviews identity, public-record obligations, traveler safety, and applicable law before deciding. A request does not automatically remove lawful independent guest experiences.
