Neluxsis LLC, doing business as Neluxsis, respects intellectual-property rights and responds expeditiously to complete notices concerning content stored at a user's direction. Send notices and counter-notices to our designated copyright contact at dmca@neluxsis.com with the subject “DMCA Copyright Notice.”
A complete notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material, including its Neluxsis URL.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
We may send a copy of a complete notice, including the claimant's contact information, to the person who submitted the material.
Counter-notices
A person whose material was removed may send a counter-notice to the same contact. It must identify the removed material and its former location, include a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provide the subscriber's name, address, and telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g), accept service of process from the original claimant, and include a physical or electronic signature.
We may provide a complete counter-notice to the original claimant and restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless we receive notice that the claimant filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
Repeat infringement and misrepresentation
Neluxsis LLC may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may preserve relevant records. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice can create liability under federal law.
