Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures
Review this disclosure before agreeing to receive and sign Neluxsis records electronically.
Records covered
Your consent applies to Neluxsis account agreements, booking agreements, property rules, cancellation policies, payment and payout notices, receipts, disclosures, and other records connected with your Neluxsis account or reservations.
How records are delivered
Neluxsis may provide these records through the website, your private dashboard, secure download links, or the email address associated with your account.
Paper copies
You may request a paper copy by emailing support@neluxsis.com. Neluxsis does not currently charge a fee for a reasonable paper-copy request, although delivery charges may be disclosed before a future request is fulfilled.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery by emailing support@neluxsis.com. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate records or signatures created before withdrawal. Some online account or booking features may become unavailable if electronic delivery is required to operate them.
Keeping your contact information current
Keep your email address current in your Neluxsis account. You may also request an email-address correction through support@neluxsis.com.
Technical requirements
You need internet access, a current web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled, a working email account, and software or device capability to view, download, and retain PDF files. You should save or print important records for your files.
Changes to technical requirements
If Neluxsis materially changes the hardware or software requirements in a way that creates a material risk that you can no longer access or retain covered records, Neluxsis will provide notice of the revised requirements and request renewed consent when required by applicable law.
Affirmative consent
Consent must be affirmative. Selecting the electronic-record consent checkbox and completing the account or booking flow demonstrates your ability to access this disclosure electronically. Your consent is not established by a preselected control or by silence.
Electronic signatures
When a signature is required, Neluxsis may ask you to review the identified document, affirm your intent to sign, and type your full legal name. Neluxsis records the authenticated account, document version, signature text, date and time, transaction context, and related audit evidence. An electronic signature does not waive any substantive right or disclosure requirement.
Access and retention
Covered records will be made available in a form that can be viewed, downloaded, printed, and accurately reproduced for later reference. Booking-specific copies should remain available through the applicable private dashboard subject to lawful retention, account-security, and system-availability rules.
Effect of withdrawal
Withdrawal is effective prospectively within a reasonable period after Neluxsis receives it. It does not affect the validity of records or signatures provided before the withdrawal. Neluxsis will explain any material consequence before processing the withdrawal, including whether a paper process is available or an online booking relationship must end.
Accessibility
If a disability or technical limitation prevents access to an electronic record, contact support@neluxsis.com before signing so Neluxsis can evaluate an accessible or nonelectronic alternative where required.
This disclosure concerns electronic delivery and signatures. It does not replace the Terms, Privacy Policy, booking documents, or property-specific rules.
