Gulf Shores marketplace booking fees
Owners pay no commission. Travelers pay a 7% service fee.
For eligible Gulf Shores bookings, owners and property managers pay no Neluxsis commission, no listing fee, and no subscription — permanently, not as an introductory period. Set a rate, and that rate plus your cleaning fee and any mandatory charges is what Neluxsis collects on your behalf, before the payment provider's standard card-processing cost is deducted the same way it would be on any card payment. The 7% applies to the nightly rate only — cleaning fees and mandatory charges an owner sets pass through in full. Refunds, cancellations, disputes and legally required adjustments follow the Owner / Host Agreement, and lodging taxes are separate from Neluxsis fees.
Travelers see a 7% Neluxsis service fee on the nightly-rate subtotal before payment. Standard card-processing costs are deducted by the payment provider, as on any platform, and applicable lodging taxes are separate. The fee applies only to eligible reservations completed through Neluxsis. External owner-supplied booking links are governed by the linked provider's pricing and terms.
How Neluxsis stays independent
Payment cannot remove guest experiences, change traveler scores, accelerate factual approval, purchase organic position, or alter destination guidance. Sponsored placements are always labeled and stored separately.
