Other Gulf Shores units—and all Orange Beach units—remain available for research and owner-supplied external booking links.

What a traveler pays
The nightly rate the owner sets, plus a 7% Neluxsis service fee on that rate. Cleaning and any mandatory charges the owner sets are shown separately and we take nothing from them. Lodging tax is added on top and goes to the state, county and city.
What an owner receives
Every dollar of the rate you set, your cleaning fee, and any mandatory charges — no commission, no listing fee, no subscription, permanently, not as an introductory rate. Standard card-processing costs are deducted from your payout by the payment provider, the same as they would be on any card payment; Neluxsis does not add anything to the traveler’s total to cover them and does not take them from its own fee.

Applicable lodging taxes are calculated from the property's verified tax jurisdiction and shown in full before payment. They are made up of separate state, county and municipal components, and the municipal component differs inside a city's corporate limits and in its police jurisdiction — so a single rate cannot be quoted for a town. Lodging tax applies on every platform and on a direct booking; it is not a Neluxsis charge.
Standard card-processing costs, charged by the payment provider rather than Neluxsis, are deducted from the amount above before it reaches the owner — the same as on any card payment. Neluxsis does not add anything to the traveler's total to cover them.
These fees apply only when a traveler completes an eligible Neluxsis checkout. External owner-supplied booking links use the linked provider's pricing and terms.
