How Neluxsis Guest Reviews Work
Exact-unit experiences are useful only when travelers can see what was submitted, what was moderated, what was verified, and what remains uncertain.
Exact-unit first
Truthful verification labels
Answered fields only
Who may submit
A signed-in traveler with a verified email may share a first-hand stay. Submissions must describe the exact unit. Owners, managers, employees, family members, complimentary or discounted guests, and incentivized contributors must disclose that connection. An incentive may never depend on positive or negative sentiment.
Unit reviews versus building information
A guest review stays attached to the exact unit. Shared elevators, parking, pools, and building access may also appear as building information, but Neluxsis does not silently turn building context into a unit score.
What approved means
Approved means the submission passed current moderation rules. It does not mean Neluxsis independently proved every statement. The review card states whether a stay was verified or remains not independently verified.
How verification works
Moderators may review booking evidence, confirm the unit identity, or verify account identity. Neluxsis displays only the verification level actually completed and does not publish private booking evidence.
How ratings are calculated
Category averages use only reviews that answered that category. N/A and unanswered questions are excluded. The displayed overall rating is the average of answered category ratings across approved reviews. Percentages use only reviews containing the relevant yes/no or category answer.
When a score is withheld
If no approved reviews contain a relevant answer, Neluxsis shows no percentage or rating. We do not invent a score from property facts, owner claims, advertising, or an empty profile.
Owner and manager responses
Verified owners and managers may answer a review or correct objective facts. Responses are labeled and do not replace the guest account. Owners cannot buy a higher score or remove legitimate criticism.
Disputes and investigations
A review may be temporarily hidden while a specific authenticity, privacy, identity, or policy concern is investigated. Negative sentiment alone is not a reason for removal. Objective corrections and moderation actions retain an internal audit trail.
Prohibited content
Fabricated stays, duplicate submissions, threats, discrimination, private addresses or phone numbers, confidential access instructions, unsupported criminal accusations, retaliation, impersonation, and irrelevant personal disputes are prohibited.
